About the setup fee
It is optional. It is also the thing that decides whether this works for you.
Setup is us building your calendars and switching on your automations, wired to your numbers, your hours, your team and your compliance wording. Twenty eight workflows, four pipelines, ten field folders and a calendar system that has to line up with all of it.
You can absolutely do it yourself. People have. It is a real piece of work, and the failure mode is not that it breaks loudly, it is that a workflow quietly points at the wrong stage and you find out six weeks later when nobody got followed up. That is why we recommend it rather than just offering it.

Setup happens before the trial clock starts. The first thing the system does is read your book, so a trial that begins on an empty account spends most of its fourteen days with nothing to work on. Set it up, then start the clock.
Buying it outright, honestly
The $3,000 snapshot is protected, which means it loads into your GoHighLevel account and cannot be copied back out and resold. You own that build. There is no monthly fee to us after it lands.
Two things to be clear about before you choose it over the monthly plan:
- You need your own GoHighLevel account. The snapshot is the system, not the platform it runs on. That subscription is between you and GoHighLevel.
- It is the version that exists on the day you buy it. We ship changes constantly and monthly accounts get them automatically. A snapshot does not. Bringing yours up to a later version is a separately priced upgrade, and it is on the upgrades sheet below.
If you want the system and you want to stop paying for it, buy it. If you want it to keep getting better without thinking about it, rent it.
Upgrades are priced separately
The plan gets you the system. Anything you add on top of it is its own line item, and you get the full sheet of what is available and what each one costs once you are set up.
We do it this way round on purpose. Nobody can tell which upgrades they want from a pricing page, before they have used the thing. Once your account is running and you know where your own bottleneck is, the sheet is a short and obvious conversation instead of a list of features you are guessing at.

What you also pay, said upfront
Texts, emails, phone minutes and the AI that answers your calls are billed to your account at what they cost. That is your usage, on your account, and it scales with your volume rather than being repackaged as credits and repriced twice a year.
So the price above is the software, and your phone bill is your phone bill. This applies to the monthly plans and to the snapshot equally, because in both cases the messages are going out of your account.
